In order to become a student in our education and training facility, you should contact your national point of contact for international cooperation, who could follow one of the options:
1. Based on NATO education and training programmes - contact NATO Military Partnership Division. Application form is provided by this division.
2. Based on bilateral agreements on training that your country may have signed with Romania - contact the Romanian Defense Attaché to your country or your Defense Attaché to Romania, and send the Application Form, 45 days prior to the beginning of the course, to the National Defence University "Carol I".
3. For other situations - contact the Romanian Defense Attaché to your country.
Romanian students are to apply according to the Romanian Ministry of National Defence regulations.
